Our loans are fairly priced and the rates are based on market conditions and other factors such as your total bank relationship with WMB, your personal credit history, the term of the loan, the collateral position of a secured loan and debt-to-income ratios which indicate the cash flow you have available to pay back the loan on a timely schedule.
